Erin's New Friend
The Veldhof's lost their family dog Murphy last Thanksgiving. They took their time finding a new one but last week they finally found their new friend. Zoe.
Zoe is a Bichon-Poodle mix. She's only 6 weeks old and is so small she doesn't even seem real. Erin was in love at first sight. Zoe is pretty funny, she doesn't know how to pace herself yet. When she wakes up she has to play, and play hard. She thoroughly tires herself out until she has to take a nap and then the cycle repeats itself all day.
I'm still not a dog lover, but Zoe is all right so far.

Erin, that is such a cute dog! It doesn't even look real! I am so sad to hear that Murphy has gone on to doggy heaven. Funny that I remember things like Murphy and Oreo (Kim's dog) even though I haven't really seen either of you in years. :)
Also, Randy, the NY marathon! That's fantastic! We lived in NY for about 5 years, and loved heading out to watch the end of the route after church. The whole rest of the day I'd feel mildy guilty whenever I'd see someone walking around with one of those metallic blankets and a clear plastic bag with clothes in it... It's a great route all over the city- enjoy it!
Oh my word - that is soo cute! Randy...looks like it fits in your arms so nice - Doesn't it make you want one??!?! :)
